This is the first official documentation of the production of the pages for "By the Sword: Clan of the brotherhood." I have completed 85% of the drawings for the initial characters and I am ready to put pencil to paper in order to make this idea a reality. The first two chapters have been written and they will soon be illustrated and the entire production process will documented every step of the way and new drawings will be posted daily and only six of the pages will be posted here for reader and ten page mock-ups will be made to reel in new readers. I'm also planning to produce designs for different gift items that will bring in some form of merchandising. I will report in the next blog about the next development step.

The countdown has begun for the start of my web comic project and characters sketches are coming more frequent and the actual pages will be drawn up the completion of the storyline for issue two and the first six pages will be available and I will be distributing mock-ups to promote its arrival.

Sketchodisiac is out!

This is Sketchodisiac, the proud creator of the Path of Vigilance which is currently entered in the comic book challenged hosted by Platinum studios and which I hope to win. I am logging in to tell the world at large about my leap to the internet with my newest web comic "By the Sword: Clan of the Brotherhood" which is set in an alternate 2007 where modern technology has been limited by the dropping of the millenium virus and most urban populations have become war zones that are ruled by four rival gangs that carry the demeanor of ninja clans. Four stones of unimaginable power were later discovered to be in the posession of each of the clans leaders which gives them the power over one of the four elements.

An evil warlord by the name of Kogamori,arrives with the objective of obtaining the four stones and bringing death and chaos to the mortal realm. Four brothers raised together and taught the fine art of ninjitsu are all that stand in the way of Kogamori's conquest as the battle between good and evil escalates to great proportions.

When picked up, I Plan to have it become available through wirepop.com this summer and have some production sketches available as soon as possible so keep an eye out.Angelfire blog link
